B2B Terms
Lead Times & Shipping
Lead time and shipping method are confirmed on your written quote, based on order volume and destination. The figures below are typical ranges to help you plan — your account manager will give you a firm date once your purchase order is confirmed.
Production Lead Time
Production begins once your deposit clears and any pre-production sample is approved in writing. Rush production is sometimes available for an added fee — ask when you submit your inquiry if your timeline is tight.
- Standard catalog articles, in-stock fabric: 3–4 weeks from confirmed purchase order and deposit.
- Standard catalog articles, out-of-stock fabric requiring re-order: 5–7 weeks.
- Private-label / custom-spec runs: 6–10 weeks, depending on trim sourcing and sample approval rounds.
Shipping Methods
- Sea freight (FCL/LCL) — the default for full-pallet and container-volume orders; most cost-effective for larger runs.
- Air freight — available for smaller or time-sensitive orders at a higher per-unit shipping cost.
- Local/regional courier — for smaller volume orders within Australia.
Incoterms & Customs
Orders ship FOB (Karachi port) by default, meaning the buyer arranges and pays for freight, insurance, and import duties from that point. DDP (delivered duty paid) is available on request for an adjusted quote if you'd prefer we handle freight and customs clearance to your door.
Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility under FOB terms, and should be budgeted for separately from the unit price.
Order Tracking
Every confirmed order is assigned a production reference and a point of contact on our trade team. You'll receive a dispatch notice with tracking details as soon as your shipment leaves our facility.
