Wholesale Policy
Bodencia is a wholesale-only apparel manufacturer. We do not sell directly to consumers, and every account is reviewed before an order is confirmed. This page outlines who can order, how the process works, and how we're paid.
Account Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are open to registered businesses only: gyms and fitness retailers, distributors, uniform and PPE suppliers, corporate procurement teams, and contractors ordering for crews. We do not fulfil individual consumer orders under any circumstances.
- A registered business name and company/VAT number (or local equivalent) is required to open an account.
- First-time accounts are verified before a quote is issued — expect a short business verification step as part of your inquiry.
- Accounts are tiered by trailing 12-month order volume; higher tiers unlock lower unit pricing and priority production slotting.
How Ordering Works
Every order starts with an inquiry — through the Catalog, a product page, WhatsApp, or the Contact form. Our trade team reviews your requirements and responds within one business day with a formal quote covering unit pricing, MOQ, and estimated lead time.
- Inquiry → written quote → purchase order confirmation → production → pre-shipment inspection → dispatch.
- Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue; fabric and hardware costs are subject to change after that window.
- A signed purchase order is required before a production slot is reserved.
Payment Terms
New accounts operate on a deposit basis. Established accounts in good standing may qualify for net payment terms after their third completed order.
- New accounts: 30% deposit to confirm production, balance due before goods are dispatched.
- Established accounts: net-30 terms available on approval, reviewed annually.
- All invoices are issued in the currency agreed at quote stage; bank transfer is the standard settlement method.
Private Label & Custom Runs
We produce private-label and custom-spec runs — your branding, your trim package, your fit block — for qualifying volume commitments. Custom runs carry a higher MOQ than standard catalog articles and require a signed spec sheet before cutting begins. Reach out via the Contact form to discuss a custom-spec quote.
