Returns & Warranty
As a wholesale manufacturer, we don't offer change-of-mind returns on completed production runs — every order is cut and finished to your confirmed purchase order. What we do stand behind is workmanship: if a garment fails because we built it wrong, we make it right.
Manufacturing Defects
Every batch is inspected at cut, sew, and finish stages before it leaves our Karachi facility. If a unit still reaches you with a manufacturing fault — a seam failure, a hardware fault, an off-spec measurement — report it within 30 days of receipt with photos and your order reference.
- Confirmed manufacturing defects are resolved by replacement, repair, or credit against your next order, at your preference where stock allows.
- Defects must be reported before garments are altered, branded, or put into retail circulation.
- Damage from transit is handled under separate freight insurance, not this policy — flag transit damage to your carrier and to us within 48 hours of delivery.
What Isn't Covered
- Normal wear and tear from field use.
- Damage from improper laundering or care outside the garment's care label.
- Alterations, custom branding, or embellishment applied after delivery.
- Sizing choices — we strongly recommend ordering a pre-production sample to confirm fit before a full run.
Workmanship Warranty
Every article carries a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in stitching and hardware under normal working use, from the date of delivery. The warranty covers workmanship — not general wear and tear from training or fieldwork.
How to File a Claim
Contact our trade team via the Contact form or WhatsApp with your order reference, a description of the fault, and clear photos. We'll confirm next steps — replacement, repair, or credit — within one business day of receiving a complete claim.
