Minimum Order Quantities
MOQs vary by article and reflect the minimum run our cutting and finishing lines can produce efficiently. Every catalog listing shows its own MOQ — the ranges below give you a sense of what to expect by category before you inquire.
Standard MOQ by Category
Exact MOQs are listed on each product card in the Catalog and are confirmed on your written quote — treat the figures above as planning guidance, not a fixed price list.
- Jackets & Outerwear — typically 24 units per style/colourway.
- Work Pants — typically 36 units per style/colourway.
- Hoodies & Layers — typically 24–60 units per style/colourway, depending on construction.
- Coveralls — typically 18–24 units per style/colourway.
Mixing Sizes & Colourways
MOQ is set per style, not per size. You can freely mix sizes within a style to reach the minimum — a 24-unit MOQ jacket might ship as a size run across S–XXL rather than 24 units of one size. Splitting a single style across multiple colourways to reach MOQ is handled case-by-case; ask your trade contact when you submit an inquiry.
Consolidating Across Styles
If your volume falls under the MOQ for a single style, we can sometimes combine two styles within the same category into one production slot. This isn't guaranteed for every combination — it depends on shared fabric and trim — so flag it in your inquiry and we'll confirm what's feasible.
Samples
Pre-production samples are available outside the standard MOQ, priced at cost plus a sampling fee, and are intended for fit and fabric approval before you commit to a full run. Sample cost is credited against your first production order over the standard MOQ.
